The GCATT Event Venue

Co-Sponsorship Opportunities

A key component of the GCATT strategy is fostering industry relations through outreach and partnerships which are mutually beneficial and facilitate the progress of advanced communications. For this purpose, we have created an event series called GCATT Presents which is a monthly program in partnership with advanced communications related organizations, associations or companies where industry representatives, academicians, and government entities can network, learn, and collaborate.

Check your group’s event schedule to look for potential subject fits, or plan an event with us. Relevant topics include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Broadband
  • Communications Systems
  • Digital Arts & Entertainment
  • eCommerce
  • Distance Learning
  • Information Security
  • Interactive Multimedia
  • Networking
  • Telehealth
  • Chip Packaging & Design
  • Signal & Image Processing
  • Technology Enhanced Learning
  • Technology Policy

Recent GCATT Presents Events

  • Next Generation Video Communications Symposium, a GCATT exclusive
  • Securing Wireless LAN’s – Tips and Live Hacking Demos, with AirDefense
  • The Equal Telecommunications Access Roundtable, with the Disability Relations Group
  • Application Security & Trusted Networks Seminar and Demo, with ISSA
  • Future of Entertainment Forum: Technology’s Impact, with Georgia State University
  • Annual Government Technology Conference, with the GTC

How It Works

Once it is determined the event, organization, and subject matter is a mutually good fit for co-sponsorship, you will receive free advertising to our exclusive, opt-in mailing lists and a discount on your event room charges. In exchange, you promote GCATT as the event co-sponsor to your audience, and when appropriate, allow a member of our research faculty or staff to welcome guests and briefly present topic-related material to your attendees. Any presentation would be agreed upon by both parties, and would not be sales related.
